The Photogrammetric Methodology

By leveraging a CAA-authorised multi-rotor drone equipped with a 45-megapixel optical sensor, we executed a comprehensive data capture flight array. The methodology involved capturing over 3,000 high-resolution, overlapping nadir and oblique automated images, subsequently processed through a neural networking pipeline.

This generated a centimetre-accurate 3D mesh model of the structure, permitting our Chartered Building Surveyors to conduct the condition assessment virtually, examining mortar joint degradation, lead flashing failures, and roof tile slippage in a completely non-invasive environment.
